We need your support and voice in the PTSA.  Join for only $10 and receive so much more:

  • $50  reimbursement for classroom supplies.  These teacher stipends are for supplies used in your classroom. Use the Stipend form to request your check. Join by September 30 to be eligible.
  • Birthday Message  and Treat from PTSA!
  • Apply for Mini-grants  – Over 30 mini-grants were awarded last year over $10,000 in books, technology, furniture, lab supplies etc!  
  • Priceless Benefits  - Welcome Back Breakfast, Curriculum Night Dinner, Teacher Appreciation Week, Catered Lunches and lots of extras throughout the school year. 
  • Member of National and State PTA organizations.

To join, login to this website, and go to My Forms and Paperwork, and complete the Membership Drive Form or simply turn in your check along with your name and email address to the PTSA Membership mailbox in the front office.  You will receive an email receipt for either transaction.

 

Mini Grants

Mini grants are PTSA funds available for dispersion based on the following criteria:

  1. Recipient is a JCHS teacher or staff person who is a current member of the PTSA.
  2. The proposed project or item requested will benefit a large number of students.
  3. The proposed project or item requested will be utilized by multiple teachers.

These funds come directly from PTSA membership donations. More than $10,000 were awarded in mini grants last year!

Teacher Stipends

Teacher Stipends are an annual reimbursement up to $50 per teacher for purchased classroom supplies. The teacher must be a current PTSA member and submit a reimbursement request with current receipts.
